Helping kids brush their teeth
Even if your kids are brushing their teeth regularly, they may be leaving behind some plaque. Plaque, a result of food and saliva bacteria mix, is a colourless film that sits on the teeth and can lead to tooth decay and gum disease. The trouble with plaque is that it is tooth coloured and difficult to see. People can clean their teeth and still miss the hard-to-get-to places such as near the gums and in between the teeth. Brushing would be easier for kids if plaque was highlighted and more obvious – that’s where Plaque Glo comes in! The Plaque Glo toothpaste and torch system helps track down the invisible plaque. Plaque Glo contains a plaque stain, which will only be visible under the blue light supplied within. This shows kids where plaque remains after their usual brushing technique.

Plaque Glo Directions
- Brush teeth using PLAQUE GLO toothpaste.
- Rinse thoroughly with water (as with all toothpaste products it is not recommended to swallow the paste).
- Shine the torch onto the teeth. Remaining plaque will illuminate when exposed to the blue light.
