Dr Tom Condon
Tom graduated in 1967 from the University of QLD. Four years were spent with Queensland Health in rural QLD, followed by 6 year in private practice in the United Kingdom. During this time, Tom gained valuable experience in both operative and surgical procedures.
On return to Australia, Tom completed post graduate studies in public health at the faculty of medicine, Newcastle University, and was awarded a fellowship of the International College of Dentists.
Time was then spent as a senior executive at Queensland Health, and as a tutor in clinical dentistry at the University of Qld. Tom relocated to Stanthorpe with my family in 1995 and established a general dental practice.
Tom’s involvement with dentistry outside of practice has included executive positions with the Australian Dental Association (QLD Branch), and 16 years as a reserve office in the Royal Australian Army Dental Corps with ranks as major.
Tom has always maintained a strong community interest in not for profit organisations. Currently, he am President of Mamre Inc., an organisation supporting people with a disability, and a director of Disability Law Queensland, which provides specialist legal services to the disabled and their families.
